REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE ALBERTA WOLFPACK AAA

WINTER TRYOUTS FOR 2023/24 SEASON

Player/Goalie Registration 

 

WAVIER FORM

Please send an e-transfer in the amount of $25/skate, or $40 for more than one to abwolfpacktreasurer@gmail.com. Please note we are registered for auto deposit. Indicate in the message portion the player(s) name and year of birth.

Positions for player/goalie consist of HSL, AA, Tier 1, or in some cases tier 2 caliber.

 

Note: You are not fully registered until registration and payment is received(unless goalie).  Goalies will be confirmed directly by Wolfpack and are maxed at 4/skate and can attend up to 2 skates, unless otherwise stated.
